Return Policy
By placing an order in our store, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the following policies.
Our policy is valid within 30 days after the arrival date. If the item you received has passed 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.
If 30 days have passed since the arrival date and you are not satisfied with our products, please contact our customer service, jody@sinodentalgroup.com
After the exchange or refund is approved, please return the product together with the original packaging. The address can be obtained from our customer service.
Incomplete or unrecognized claims are invalid.
The cost of reimbursement is borne by the customer.
After the product is successfully returned, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Defective order
If the customer reports that the product is defective/broken, she/he will be required to send photos of any defects of the product they claim to the customer service mailbox of the website. After receiving the photos, our customer support will forward them to the operations team in the form of files, and they will confirm whether the customer's claim is accurate. If the customer requests a refund, and it is within 30 days of receiving the order, we will issue a refund. If a customer requests a return, we will communicate with the operation team to send a return label to the customer, and once the shipment is confirmed to us, we will send another product as soon as possible.
Lost or stolen package
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so we cover any special delays or even losses during transportation, and provide free re-delivery or refunds.
If the order does not reach the destination and is delayed at the local post office, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier before receiving the re-shipment/refund.
If you enter the wrong shipping information, you are not eligible for reshipment or refund.

cancel order
You can only cancel your order within 6 hours after the purchase time of the day. Please note that cancellation of an order will charge management, processing and transaction fees (15% of the total value of your order)
